O God, You are beyond
Light, Life, Breath, Food, Love
Light beyond light, all who see long to see You
Life beyond life, all who live long to live in You
Breath beyond breath, all who breathe long to breathe You
Food beyond food, all who eat long to eat of You
Love beyond love, all who love long to love You
O God, I love to see and live and breathe and eat and love,
But with all these I am not satisfied,
And all these I willingly leave behind
To see and live and breathe and eat and love You
O God
